防靜電服的制作要注意什么?

防靜電服,即防靜電工作服,防靜電特種工裝。防靜電服是為了防止服裝上靜電積聚,采用防靜電織物為面料,按照規(guī)定的款式和結構縫制的工作服。
Anti static clothing, also known as anti-static work clothes or special anti-static work equipment. Anti static clothing is a workwear made of anti-static fabric and sewn according to the prescribed style and structure to prevent static electricity accumulation on clothing.
適用范圍:石油工業(yè);礦冶工業(yè);化學工業(yè);電子工業(yè);特種工業(yè),如:原子能、航天航空、兵器等。其它工業(yè),如:食品、煙花爆竹、醫(yī)藥等。
Scope of application: Petroleum industry; Mining and metallurgical industry; Chemical industry; Electronic industry; Special industries, such as atomic energy, aerospace, weapons, etc. Other industries, such as food, fireworks, medicine, etc.

防靜電工作服是適用于石油、石化、化工、煉化等行業(yè)的具防止靜電積聚性能的特種工作服。防靜電織物是在紡織時,采用混入導電纖維紡成的紗或嵌入導電長絲織造形成的織物,也可是經過處理具有防靜電性能的織物。
Anti static work clothes are special work clothes that are suitable for industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, and refining, and have the ability to prevent static accumulation. Anti static fabric is a fabric formed by blending conductive fibers into yarn or embedding conductive filaments during spinning, and can also be treated to have anti-static properties.
導電纖維是指全部或部分使用金屬或有機物的導電材料或亞導電材料制成的纖維的總稱,其體積電阻率ρv~介于104~109Ω/cm之間。接照導電成分在纖維中的分布情況又可將導電纖維分為導電成分均一型、導電成分覆蓋型和導電成分復合型3類。
Conductive fiber refers to the general term for fibers made entirely or partially of conductive or sub conductive materials made of metals or organic substances, with a volume resistivity of ρ V~is between 104~109 Ω/cm. The distribution of conductive components in fibers can be further divided into three types: homogeneous conductive components, covered conductive components, and composite conductive components.
在化纖織物中加入導電纖維制成的防靜電工作服,其消電是基于電荷的泄漏與中和兩種機理。當接地時,織物上的靜電除因導電纖維的電暈放電被中和之外,還可經由導電纖維向大地泄放;不接地時則借助于導電纖維微弱的電暈放電而消電。
The anti-static work clothes made by adding conductive fibers to synthetic fabrics are based on two mechanisms of charge leakage and neutralization. When grounded, the static electricity on the fabric can be neutralized by the corona discharge of conductive fibers, and can also be discharged to the ground through conductive fibers; When not grounded, it is dissipated by the weak corona discharge of conductive fibers.
